As we progress in the blueberry season, we are always amazed at the amount of blueberries the field produces.  The field is still blue with ripe berries, and pickers come into the barn with quarts full of luscious blue gems.  It is very gratifying.

The big question is “how long do you think you’ll have berries?”  It is very hard to know.  The best guess is three more weeks, but there are so many berries out there, it could well be through August.  The best picking is now, because we have them and they are abundant.  But there is time if you can’t come right now to get some for your freezer.  Just don’t wait too long…

Open Tuesday from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M.
