Happy pickers at Steep Hill Farm!
Monday had to be “cute children day” at Steep Hill Farm. There were many little girls and little boys who came with their parents or grandparents to pick today that definitely were in the running for “cutest kid ever”! One was a little girl , about 4 years old, named Megan. She came with her grandparents and also brought her stuffed toy “Ellie” the elephant. Ellie helped her pick. Cute or what? Another young mother was very brave bringing her three children with her, the oldest seeming about 6. One was in a front pack and the other two little boys kept her totally on her toes. Energy galore!
Tuesday should be a good day to pick. The weather is predicted to be decent and we have plenty of blueberries. There are some raspberries, as well. We will pick starting at 8:00 A.M, and go to 7:00 P.M.We accept checks and cash, no credit cards.
